About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of the relations in the field of hunting and maintaining hunting economy, and also optimization of structure of republican state public association "Belarusian society of hunters and fishers" (further - RGOO "BOOR") I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Provide with RGOO "BOOR" in 2023-2025 reorganization of regional and district organizational structures in the way:

accessions of district organizational structures to the relevant regional organizational structures;

merging of district organizational structures and creation of interdistrict organizational structures.

3. Determine that by reorganization of regional and district organizational structures of RGOO "BOOR", including not being users of hunting grounds:

the hunting grounds leased by district organizational structures of RGOO "BOOR" and also the rights to maintaining hunting economy in these hunting grounds pass to legal successors (the relevant regional and interdistrict organizational structures of RGOO "BOOR") from the date of the conclusion of supplementary agreements to lease agreements of hunting grounds;

okhotoustroitelny documentation based on which maintaining hunting economy by regional and district organizational structures of RGOO "BOOR" before their reorganization was performed is effective before the termination of term of its action;

plans of withdrawal of the hunting animal normalized types, RGOO "BOOR" approved by regional and district organizational structures before their reorganization, are effective during the withdrawal periods provided by these plans;

permissions to production of hunting animal and hunting permits to them, the hunting permits issued by regional and district organizational structures of RGOO "BOOR" before their reorganization are effective during the term for which they are issued.
