About approval of the Concept of the departmental information system "Accounting of Notifications and Actions for Protection of Public Order"

Based on Items c), d) and e) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Concept of the departmental information system "Accounting of Notifications and Actions for Protection of Public Order" it (is applied).

2. Create the Concept of the departmental information system "Accounting of Notifications and Actions for Protection of Public Order".

3. To provide administration, servicing and development of the departmental information system "Accounting of Notifications and Actions for Protection of Public Order" to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. To perform accomplishment of provisions of this resolution for the account and within the financial resources provided in the government budget and from other sources according to the legislation.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 6 months from the effective date this resolution:

1) to develop and submit to the Government for approval the draft of the order of the Government about approval of the Regulations on the information resource created by the departmental information system "Accounting of Notifications and Actions for Protection of Public Order";

2) to provide reduction of regulations in compliance with this resolution.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
