1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements to auditing organizations on carrying out statutory audit.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2001 No. 173 "About approval of lists of auditing organizations and credit rating agencies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 1492, No. 25, by the Art. 439) is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001;
2) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2003 No. 396 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2001 No. 173 "About approval of lists of auditing organizations and credit rating agencies" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2580);
3) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 19, 2004 No. 294 "About entering of amendment into the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2001 No. 173 "About approval of lists of auditing organizations and credit rating agencies", (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2990).
3. To department of methodology of management of the state assets (Aytzhanova Zh.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in the procedure established by the legislation.
