1. To be reworded as follows the instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 28, it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
