About procedure for transfer by customs authorities in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods and the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", to the Federal Treasury and about modification of appendix No. 2 to Rules of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 2 of part 6.1 of article 23 of the Federal law "About Currency Control and Currency Exchange Control" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer by customs authorities in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods and the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", to the Federal Treasury.
