About questions of licensing of activities in the field of broadcasting

Based on subitems 1.2 and 1.4 of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing" and the paragraph of the twenty seventh item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545, the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on the qualification commission for holding qualification examination in questions of licensing of activities in the field of broadcasting (are applied);

The instruction about procedure for holding qualification examination in questions of licensing of activities in the field of broadcasting (is attached).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2013 No. 11 "About some questions of licensing of activities in the field of broadcasting".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
