Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2010 No. 144 "About procedure for evaluating compliance of opportunities of the job seeker of special permission (license) (licensee) for implementation of professional and exchange activity on securities to licensed requirements and conditions".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
