1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the main command of National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Botakanov E. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Commander-in-chief of National guard of the major general Botakanov E. S.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of payment of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Rules of payment of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 1 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from "About military service and the status of the military personnel" (further – the Law on military service), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law on National guard), the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2007 No. 364 "About approval of all-army regulations of Armed forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124 "About approval of Rules of passing of military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About approval of single system of compensation of workers for all bodies, containing at the expense of the government budget" (further – the Wages system) also determine payment procedure of cash allowance, benefits and other payments to the military personnel of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1) military service – special type of the public service of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming aimed at direct providing the military safety connected with the armed protection of sovereignty, territorial integrity and immunity of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the military personnel is the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are in the military service in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming;
