Bring in Item 6 of Appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675 "About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2800; 2016, No. 16, Art. 652; 2022, No. 96, the Art. 5970) change which is applied.

Appendix

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2023 No. 145

Change which is made to Item 6 of Appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 675

Replace paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"temporarily from January 1 to April 30, 2023. To the pension fund of Ukraine - percent 95,4766 for management and the operational order financial resources within means of social insurance, to Social Insurance Fund - percent 4,5234, including:

Percent 3,734 - for ensuring implementation of the actions connected with the termination of Social Insurance Fund and managements of executive directorate of this fund;

Percent 0,7894 - for debt repayment on payments for obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability, appointed till January 1, 2023 and for expenses on transfer of these means;".
