About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2006 No. 260 "About approval of the Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus" (appendix).
The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2003 No. 246 "About some measures for state regulation of activities with precious metals and gemstones, entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2000 No. 7, and also about recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus";
subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2014 No. 380 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus, recognition voided regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus and their separate provisions".
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
Action of paragraphs of the seventh or ninth subitem 2.5 of Item 2 appendices extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
