About approval of the Rules of calculation of insurance years of service working in flight and flight-test structure of civil aviation

1. Approve "Rules of calculation of insurance years of service working in flight and flight-test structure of civil aviation" (are attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of calculation of insurance years of service working in flight and flight-test structure of civil aviation

1. These rules are prepared based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" of March 6, 2006 No. 377 and determine the mechanism of calculation of insurance years of service working in flight and flight-test structure of civil aviation.

2. According to article 9.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" the following persons working in flight and flight-test structure of civil aviation have the right to pension on favorable terms:

2.1. members of personnel of the aircraft and other aircraft (captain, second pilot, navigator (navigator), flight engineer, aircraft mechanic, bortradist and other flight specialists);
