About modification of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 No. 236 and recognition voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2022 No. 1006 and of December 20, 2022 No. 1409

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 No. 236 "Some questions of customs clearance of the separate goods imported on customs area of Ukraine during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1318, No. 74, Art. 4485; 2023, No. 1, Art. 21) following changes:

Items 1-3 and 5 to exclude 1);

Item 4 to exclude 2).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2022 No. 1006 "Some questions of customs payment when importing to customs area of Ukraine of goods of defense appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 74, the Art. 4485);

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2022 No. 1409 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 9, 2022 No. 236 and of September 10, 2022 No. 1006" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 1, the Art. 21).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 of Item 1 and Item 2 of this resolution which become effective since June 1, 2023.
