About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of ethical behavior of government employees"

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of ethical behavior of government employees" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 8, Art. 750; 2009, 6, to the Art. 750) it is necessary for No. 399; 2017, No. 7, Art. 1253):
1. In Article 7.3 of the word of "representatives of mass media" shall be replaced with words "subjects of media".
2. Add with Articles 20.1-1 and 21-1 of the following content:

21-1.1. Persons which served on managerial positions of public service more than 5 (five) years, but at least at least 3 (three) years in executive positions and having high moral qualities can become representatives for ethical behavior.
21-1.2. Representative for ethical behavior:
21-1.2.1. studies condition of observance of the rules of ethical behavior established by this Law, analyzes the circumstances creating conditions for abuse of regulations of ethical behavior and makes offers and recommendations to the head of state body on their elimination;
21-1.2.2. considers arriving from government employees and other persons of the claim to abuses of regulations of ethical behavior;
21-1.2.3. makes offers, recommendations and representation to the head of state body according to the solution of the questions following from the arrived addresses;
