About cancellation of the agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation about cooperation and interaction in the field of development of check points through the Ukrainian-Russian frontier
Due to the basic change of circumstances the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Terminate the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation and interaction in the field of the development of check points through the Ukrainian-Russian frontier made on October 18, 2011 in Donetsk.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs report in accordance with the established procedure to the government of the Russian Federation about cancellation of the agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
