About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of Turkmenistan "About town-planning activities"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About town-planning activities" of August 18, 2015 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2015, No. 3, Art. 97; 2019, No. 2, Art. 36) following amendments and change:
