Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 17, 1999 No. 176-FZ "About mail service" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 29, Art. 3697; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1316; 2018, No. 27, Art. 3954) following changes:
