1. Approve "Rules of conducting registration of mobile devices" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Rules of conducting registration of mobile devices

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules regulate features of rules of conducting registration of mobile devices in the Azerbaijan Republic and rendering services to them in telecommunication networks according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications".

1.2. The basic concepts used in these rules have the following values:

1.2.1. the mobile operator - the telecommunication operator rendering selyulyarny (mobile) services in telecommunication network public based on the corresponding license;
