Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for determination of the damage and damage caused to Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 20, 2022 No. 326 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1413, No. 71, the Art. 4309), the enclosed change.

Add Item with the subitem 22 following of content:
"22) the Harm done to the personal peasant economy and/or farms registered as physical persons - entrepreneurs - the direction including harm from mutilation, bodily harm, death of farm animals and also losses owing to destruction or damage of agricultural machinery and the equipment for agro-industrial complex.
The main indicators which are estimated:
losses owing to receipt of mutilation, bodily harm, death of farm animals, in particular cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, bee colonies;
damage as a result of destruction or damage of agricultural machinery and the equipment for agro-industrial complex.
Determination of damage and losses is performed according to the technique approved by Minagropolitiki's order in coordination with Minreintegration and Gosprodpotrebsluzhboy.
The state administrations are responsible for determination of damage and losses for the given direction regional, Kiev city (for warlike situation - military authorities).".
