Bring in procedure for transfer (return) for functions on property management of the state companies, functions on management of blocks of shares (shares) in connection with decision making about privatization or about the termination of privatization of the subject to privatization approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 389 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 48, Art. 1663; 2019, No. 97, the Art. 3203), the enclosed changes.
