About approval of the Procedure for visit, the organization and the device of excursion ecological routes, tourist tracks and parking in especially protected natural territories of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 8, 15 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for visit, the organization and the device of excursion ecological routes, tourist tracks and parking in especially protected natural territories of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
- take other measures following from this resolution.
3. The realization of this resolution is enabled within the means provided for the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic in the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
