About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 10, 11 Laws of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services" of January 12, 2023 the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No. 2888-IX and enhancement of procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services:
1. In the text of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 07, 2022 No. 217 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services" (with changes) (further - 217) the words "six months" in all cases shall be replaced with words the resolution No. "nine months" in the corresponding cases.
2. Approve the change in Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 07, 2022 No. 217 (with changes) (further - No. provisions 217) which are applied.
