About modification of procedure for provision of benefit on partial unemployment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the procedure for provision of benefit on partial unemployment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 21, 2022 No. 702 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 52, the Art. 2983), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to procedure for provision of benefit on partial unemployment

1. In Item 2:

The paragraph third to state 1) in the following edition:

"the centers of employment branches of interregional/regional jobcenters, and also city, district, gorrayonny jobcenters (before their termination);";

2) the paragraph of the seventh after words "the Law of Ukraine "On collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance"" to add with the words "the term "insignificant government assistance"-in the value given in the Law of Ukraine " about government assistance to subjects of managing "".

2. In Item 6:

1) to add Item after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:
