1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 20, 2015 No. 431/447 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Service of Ukraine of information from the state register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income of the physical persons who addressed for purpose of housing subsidies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2015 at No. 485/26930.
2. To provide to management of targeted social support of the population and development of social inspection (Ryazanov N. G.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
