According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", item 4 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 6, 2022 No. 2654-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other laws of Ukraine concerning features of the taxation of business activity of electronic residents", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for opening and closing of accounts of users of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve changes in the Instruction about procedure for opening and closing of accounts to users by payment service providers on servicing of accounts, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 29, 2022 No. 162 (further - the enclosed changes in the Instruction).
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) after official publication to inform payment service providers on servicing of accounts information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
