About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning State Final Examination and introductory campaign of 2023

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In Item 2 of the Section XV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004 with the following changes):

To add 2) with the subitem 24 following of content:

2. The subitem 21 of Item 2 of the Section XIV "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About professional prehigher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2019, No. 30, Art. 119; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 24, 2022 No. 2157-IX) to state in the following edition:

"21) In 2022, 2023 acceptance on training in organizations of professional prehigher education is performed in the special procedure determined by the central executive body in the field of science and education".
