About approval of the Procedure for carrying out rating voting for the election of of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants in the commission on certification

According to the paragraph to the ninth "About financial records audit and auditor activities" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts eight of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out rating voting for the election of of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants in the enclosed commission on certification.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2018 No. 590 "About approval of procedures for carrying out rating voting for the election of of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants in nomination committee and in the commission on certification" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 62, the Art. 2135).

Procedure for carrying out rating voting for the election of of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants for their delegation in the commission on certification

1. This Procedure is applied by the professional organizations of auditors and accountants which conform to the requirements established by the paragraph the seventh parts eight of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" (further - the professional organizations), when electing of representatives of the professional organizations as them to their delegation in the commission on certification.
