According to article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to organic production, the address and marking of organic products", Item of 1 part one of Article 6 and part seven of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals" and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order:
1. Approve form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) concerning observance of requirements of the legislation by operators in the field of organic production, the address and marking of organic products which are applied.
2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
