About approval of the Procedure for submission to Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the message on the conclusion and early termination of validity of liability insurance for harm which can be caused to the third parties as a result of emergency situations, dangerous events, including the fires and accidents in the territory and/or real estate objects

According to part two of article 66 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of the organization of proper submission of information on the conclusion and early termination of the insurance contract of responsibility for harm which can be caused to the third parties as a result of emergency situations, dangerous events, including the fires and accidents in the territory and/or real estate objects, I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for submission to Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the notification on the conclusion and early termination of validity of liability insurance for harm which can be caused to the third parties as a result of emergency situations, dangerous events, including the fires and accidents in the territory and/or real estate objects which is applied.

2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
