About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 23-2 of the Law on judicial system No. 514/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 62), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

"(7-1) Protocols on results of elections to the Supreme council of magistracy, in disciplinary board, board on selection and career of judges and board according to activities of judges are constituted by the special commission created according to part (2) Article 23-3, are signed by members of the commission and are published according to the procedure, provided by part (10) this Article.".

Art. II. - In article 66 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 3/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 113), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
