About approval of the Regulations on activities of Fund of entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova

Based on part (5) article 13-1 of the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 651), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on activities of Fund of entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova it (is applied).

2. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 487/2022 about the organization and functioning of public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" (2022, Art. No. 221-229, 578) line item "Fund of acceleration and development of economy (management)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item "Fund of entrepreneurship and economic growth of Moldova (management)".

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
