About approval of Rules and forms of confirmation of purpose of goods

According to Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Rules of confirmation of purpose of goods according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of confirmation of purpose of goods according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Procedure to provide to department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
