About approval of the Procedure for compensation of the material damage caused in case of suppression of the act of terrorism
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 6, 32 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for compensation of the material damage caused in case of suppression of the act of terrorism according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

This Procedure is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism" and determines procedure for compensation of the material damage caused to property of physical persons and legal entities in connection with actions of the military personnel, employees and specialists of state bodies in case of suppression of the act of terrorism.
