About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning apostilization
For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts concerning apostilization in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for realization of provisions of the Convention canceling the requirement of legalization of foreign official documents" of June 10, 2010 No. 75 the following change:
- to state appendix to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille" of November 18, 2010 No. 283 the following change:
in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of putting down of apostille approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 29 in the following edition:
"29. Filling of columns in stamp "Apostille" is performed in state language of the Kyrgyz Republic or English. The text of stamp of apostille is filled in in English upon the demand of the applicant by provision of the translation of the document into English certified by the notary by it.".
3. To the state bodies having powers on putting down of apostille in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to send to the diplomatic representations and consular establishments accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic, being participants of the Hague Convention, new sample of stamp "Apostille".
