The local registration body certifies the made registration by making of certifying text on the document submitted on registration

Conditions of provision of the state service

Provision of service is performed:

- indoors, answering to the established sanitary and epidemiologic regulations, and also requirements of fire safety;

- in the presence of easy access of all consumers to sanitary and hygienic rooms (toilets, washing rooms) which are also equipped for persons with limited opportunities of health (further - LOVZ) ramps and hand-rail;

- by the principle of priority, according to the arrived requests. Method of forming of priority: electronic or queque.

Preferential categories of citizens (participants of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers and persons equated to them, LOVZ, expectant mothers) are serviced out of turn or the worker goes down to them if it is not possible to rise to the room independently, for reception of applications and other documents.

With special needs on medical and social indications (LOVZ on hearing and sight and musculoskeletal system, aged pensioners, veterans of war and work, expectant mothers) communication and provision of service are made for persons in form, clear and available to them.

The room has places for expectation, heating, access to telephone communication and the Internet.

The list of preferential categories of citizens is placed at information stands, the official site and is timely updated.

For convenience of consumers in places of rendering service the list of the documents necessary for service acquisition, application forms and information on procedure for filling (samples) are placed

Term of provision of the state service

1. Time of reception of applications, including in electronic format, - within 30 minutes.

2. Aggregate term of provision of service, including in electronic format:

- initial state registration of the rights per unit of real estate is performed no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of filing of application in local registration authorities in time;

- registration of the right which was registered in local registration body earlier is performed in time:

for physical persons - no more than 5 working hours;

for legal entities - no more than 10 working hours.

3. Time for issue of result of service - no more than 30 minutes

Informing on the services provided to the consumer (the list of necessary information) and the state body responsible for their standardization

Information on the state service can be obtained:

- in public reception of registration body for the address: Bishkek, Ulitsa Orozbekova, No. 44; operating time: from 09:00 till 18:00 Monday through Friday (lunch break: from 12:30 to 13:30). Reception of citizens is made in day of their address;

- in local registration authorities which addresses are posted on the official site of registration body of "gosreg.kg", operating time: from 08:30 till 17:30 Monday through Friday (lunch break: from 12:00 to 13:00). Reception of citizens is made in day of their address:

in writing;

in oral form (by phone, in case of personal contact);

electronically (on the website of registration body "gosreg.kg" through official e-mail of registration body);

- at information stands, from brochures where information on procedures of receipt of service, procedure for filling of forms (samples), payment procedure (cash, transfer), about the standard of the state service and contact information is also placed.

Provision of information on the rendered state service is guaranteed to any addressed person on a grant basis.
