About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the state inventory of especially protected natural territories in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of assessment of condition of natural and reserved fund, determination of perspectives of development of network of especially protected natural territories, according to article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About especially protected natural territories", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in efficiency of the state control of observance of the set mode, and also accounting of these territories when planning social and economic development:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the state inventory of especially protected natural territories in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. The realization of this resolution will be enabled within the means provided in the republican budget for the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic on corresponding and the next years, and means of other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.
