2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation together with the operator of monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application to carry out till September 1, 2024 monitoring of placement by subjects of drug circulation of the instruction on medical application of medicine in monitoring system of movement of medicines for medical application with submission of the corresponding report to the Government of the Russian Federation.
