2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2011 No. 68 "About approval of form of checking leaf when implementing the state control in the field of private entrepreneurship of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of trading activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6926, No. 179 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on June 7, 2011 (26600).
3. To provide to department of regulation of trading activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the official Internet portal of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the Internet portal of state bodies;
