1. Enter in time till April 28, 2023 quantitative restrictions (quotas) for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the third countries and into the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of onion (code of the single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union from 0703: 070310) in the amount of 20 000 (twenty thousand) tons.
2. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment of quantitative restrictions (quotas).
3. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till April 28, 2023.
