About determination of requirements to contents of the agreement on the joint solution of questions of local value in the territory of agglomeration

According to the subitem 8) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About development of agglomerations" I ORDER:

1. Determine requirements to contents of the agreement on the joint solution of questions of local value in the territory of agglomeration according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of regional development of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Requirements to contents of the agreement on the joint solution of questions of local value in the territory of agglomeration

The agreement on the joint solution of questions of local value in the territory of agglomeration contains:

1) the numerical structure of local council of agglomeration consisting of no more than 20 people;

2) procedure for forming of local council of agglomeration, including questions of selection of candidates in its structure.
