About approval of Rules of forming of structure of agglomeration

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming of structure of agglomeration.

2. To provide to department of regional development of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of forming of structure of agglomeration

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of structure of agglomeration (further – Rules) are developed in compliance by Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About development of agglomerations" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for forming of structure of agglomeration.

2. In these rules the following terms and determinations are applied:

1) agglomeration – the local system consisting of the capital or the city of republican value, or the city of regional value and settlements located around them corresponding to the criteria determined by the Law;
