About ceiling establishment of prices for wholesale of oil products for stationary gas stations on which state regulation of the prices is established
According to subitem 15-1) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of separate types of oil products", I ORDER:
1. Establish ceiling prices for wholesale of oil products, for stationary gas stations on which state regulation of the prices on basis of delivery of oil refinery, in the following size including tax on value added is established:
1) Ai-80 brand gasoline - 93 161 tenges for ton;
2) gasoline the Ai-92 and Ai-93 brands - 214 584 tenges for ton;
3) diesel fuel (summer, interseasonal) - 284 350 tenges for ton;
2. To provide to department of transportation and oil refining of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since April 12, 2023 and is subject to official publication.
