About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Create public institution "Management on emergency situations of the area of Nur of Department on emergency situations of the city of Astana of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Determine that financing of the public institution specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry and territorial subdivisions of its departments:

Section "1. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to add in the line, sequence number 20-1, of the following content:

"20-1. Management on emergency situations of the area of Nur of Department on emergency situations of the city of Astana.".

4. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
