According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About non-state pension provision", the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved:

1. Approve changes in some regulatory legal acts of state commission on securities and the stock market and the National commission on securities and the stock market which are attached.

2. In the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 20, 2012 No. 1634 "About determination of the bases of issue of the order by the National commission on securities and the stock market to the keeper of the Pension fund", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 151/22683:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in word preamble of "the security market in Ukraine" "the capital markets and the organized goods markets";

2) in Item 1:

word in paragraph one" (further - the commission)" to exclude;

exclude subitem 1.2.

With respect thereto to consider subitems 1.3-1.7 subitems 1.2-1.6 respectively;

in subitem 1.4 of the word of "security market" shall be replaced with words "capital markets";
