1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of the direction of budgetary funds of special fund of the government budget (further - budgetary funds) on preparation of the projects performed on the terms of public-private partnership including concessions (further - projects of public-private partnership), and accomplishment of long-term obligations within public-private partnership, including concessions, by objects of state-owned property, except long-term obligations according to which the state partner shall perform for benefit of the private partner payment for operational readiness of the highway public and other payments according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the agreement signed within public-private partnership including the concession treaty on construction and further operation of the highway (further - long-term obligations).
