About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 175 and of July 17, 2013 No. 509

Bring in the procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of temporality approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 175 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 23, Art. 776; 2022, No. 53, the Art. 3075), and in the procedure for imposing of penalties for violation of the law about work and employment of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2013 No. 509 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 60, Art. 2151; 2016, No. 12, Art. 515; 2019, No. 70, the Art. 2468), the enclosed changes.

1. According to the procedure of the organization of social and other jobs of temporality, No. 175 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013:
1) in Item 7:
word in paragraph one "executive committees" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies";
in the paragraph the second "the local state administrations, executive committees of village, settlement, city councils (further - regional authorities)" shall be replaced with words words "regional authorities";
