About modification of Item 2 of the Procedure for distribution of the tariff quota to import of Ukraine of raw sugar from reed

1. Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for distribution of the tariff quota to import to Ukraine of raw sugar from the reed approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 12, 2008 No. 1002 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 43, Art. 1436; 2011, No. 18, to the Art. 741), change, having stated to paragraph one in the following edition:
"2. Import to Ukraine of raw sugar within the tariff quota is performed based on the licenses granted by Ministry of Economics in coordination with Minagropolitiki. The specified approval is applied by the subject of foreign economic activity to the request for receipt of the license.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
