About modification of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. The regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313), to add with Item 58 (2) the following content:

"58(2). In case of non-presentation in the 10-day time of line item by the approving body concerning the draft of the act necessary for implementation of the Federal Law sent for approval, the draft of the act is considered approved and can be introduced in the Government (further - the autoapprovals procedure).

Provisions of this Item do not extend:

on drafts of acts concerning the conclusion of international treaties of the Russian Federation, defense and safety of the state, power, transport safety, experimental legal regimes, special economic zones, the territories of the advancing development, public-private partnership, integration of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and the Kherson region into system of law of the Russian Federation;

on drafts of the acts exerting impact on the income or expenses of the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation;
