About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of the organization of execution of presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2022 No. UP-269 "About Measures for Realization of Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan" and of January 25, 2023 No. UP-14 "About First-priority Organizational Measures for Effective Establishing Activities of Republican Executive Bodies", and also accelerations of privatization, enhancement of procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property and further increase in share of private property in economy:

1. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

renaming of State commission on holding tenders in case of sale of state-owned property in State commission on privatization of the state assets and coordination of processes of privatization;

renaming of the Center for the organization of effective use of the empty objects into the Center for effective use of objects of state-owned property;

cancellation of organizational structure and structure of central office of the Agency on management of the state assets and the organizations which are its part.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
