Article 1

Bring in article 27 of the Federal Law of December 21, 1994 No. 68-FZ "About protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 35, Art. 3648; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188) following changes:
