About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of activities of the State fund of support of business activity

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

provision of support to the business activity of compensation by the State fund for a period of up to three years for covering of the part exceeding 10 percent points of loan interest rate (lysinedin) of commercial banks allocated in national currency for projects of the small business entities registered and performing activities in Sokhsky district of the Fergana region in the amount of no more than 10 billion sum with the interest rate which is not exceeding 1, the 5-fold size of the main rate of the Central bank;

provision of guarantees on additional loans to the small business entities having excellent credit history within the determined general size and conditions irrespective of the guarantees of the State fund of support of business activity used by them on earlier obtained credits;

statement of updated structure of Council for management of support of business activity of the State fund.
